Phil Reget

MASSAGE THERAPIST

I have over 30 years of experience helping people reduce stress, anxiety, and blood pressure, while improving muscular flexibility and relieving both physical and emotional pain. My work is rooted not only in professional training, but also in personal experience. Having moved through significant trauma in my own life and finding freedom on the other side, I am deeply passionate about helping others do the same.

I specialize in sports performance, injury prevention and recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and supporting individuals through emotional trauma. I believe the body holds onto past experiences, and through massage, both muscular tension and stored emotional stress can be released.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 30 years, along with earning what I like to call a “Master’s Degree from the School of Hard Knocks.” My personal journey includes overcoming alcoholism and abuse in my early life, which continues to shape the empathy and understanding I bring to my work today.

I have been a competitive swimmer since the age of four, continuing through college and into Master’s-level competition. Today, I still enjoy swimming for fitness, along with spending time at the gym, playing disc golf, and recently exploring Modern Country Swing dancing—where I’m a beginner, but having a lot of fun.
