I am a therapist committed to providing holistic, integrative care that attends to the healing of the body, mind, and soul. My work is grounded in the belief that every person carries inherent dignity, purpose, and worth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Simpson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Montana. My clinical experience includes working with individuals, youth, couples, and families, with areas of focus including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief and loss, and marriage and family relationships.
With over 10 years of experience in child and youth development, I am deeply passionate about supporting families in building healthy, connected relationships.
Born and raised in Western Montana, I developed an early appreciation for the outdoors. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with family!
